We own several domains, and we recently moved things around a bit. This move unfortunately caused the loss of all of our data. Whoopsie daisy! Not that we didn't make a backup, of course - we're smarter than that. But we're still unable to give a sigh of relief, because our backup is corrupted. D'oh!
One of the sites that we lost was a wishlist wiki I'd made for my family (for the holidays, dontcha* know). It wasn't the prettiest thing, but it got the job done - anyone could view a family member's gift wishlist, but you had to sign in with your unique user name and password to see the "purchased" pages. And you could never see the page that showed what was purchased for you. Pretty awesome, right? If I have time this month, I'm going to try to get the site back up and running.
I used tiki wiki last time, but if you have any suggestions for other wiki software that could do the job, please let me know. I haven't looked into it recently, so who knows what new developments in wiki development are going on. I definitely need something relatively easy to use (mediawiki, for example, is probably too intense) but that allows inidividual page protections.
* OMG, I'm starting to talk like Sarah Palin. Say it ain't so, Joe!
